Calling all students!!! Are you looking to gain experience and skills? Build your resume as you utilize your Microsoft Office knowledge, exercise your organizational skills and develop job skills? SSVEC is looking for a full-time student to assist our Engineering Services Department. We are accepting applications for an Engineering Services Intern in our Engineering Department in Willcox. The successful individual will provide data-entry and intradepartmental support as needed, scan right-of-way and/or project related documents, organize documents in right-of-way database, organize and maintain the right-of-way physical and/or project documents and set up and organize right-of-way records files and library. Requirements are 9th grade or equivalent level of concurrent education, the intern must be enrolled in high school or college FULL-TIME, at least 16 years of age and possess user-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. To be eligible, the intern or their parents or guardians must be SSVEC members. Hours are flexible, but interns generally work around 19 hours per week during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. No evening or weekend work is available.
