This is a "work from home" position following initial onsite training in Lubbock, TX. This is a wonderful opportunity to start developing a career while in the comfort of your home! Position Summary: Answer the phones, and provide clients with excellent customer support with enthusiasm, empathy, and attention to detail. Set up appointments. Act as a liaison between clients and service technicians. Make accurate entries into systems and logs. Pay Scale: $14-16 per hour DOEThis is a part-time 100% remote position with two schedule options:25 working hours weekly from 5 pm to 10 pm Monday through Friday OR 16 working hours from 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday & Sunday Benefits: Paid Holidays & Vacation, Paid Sick Days, IRA with the Company Match Qualification Requirements: High school diploma or GED At least a year of customer service experience Outstanding customer service oriented, sense of urgency, and a high level of personal integrity Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer focus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities concurrently Technical savviness Proficiency with MS programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to problem solve, think quickly and multi-task Strong written and verbal communication skills and a stickler for attention to detail At ease on the phone with both outbound and incoming calls
