Become a part of the All World Family today https://www.allworldmachinery.com/about/career Overview We are looking for a motivated NC Programmer who is responsible to work with our team to create NC programs for milling operations. This includes both horizontal and vertical machine centers. This involves 3, 4, and 5 axis machinery which will be utilized. We are looking for a driven individual that is seeking to broaden their skills over time with a growing company. We promote a team environment, so you'll work with fellow team members along with other departments throughout our company. Responsibilities Creation of new NC programs; heavily milling focused. Creation of clear setup instructions. Creation of tooling setup instructions. To be knowledgeable of the capabilities and capacities of NC controlled equipment. Helping to control that NC program revision levels used by shop personnel match the current engineering drawing revision. Communicates frequently with the Production Manager and/or NC programming lead to understand daily priorities. Communicates new or special tooling requirements to Production Manager and/or NC programming lead so required tooling may be either purchased or manufactured. Maintains good communication with shop personnel and considers their input and suggestions. Has a good understanding of proper order of operations, which provide the greatest chance for quality product. Creates NC programs and suggests machining setups which are stable and protects company equipment from excessive risk of damage. Work in a team environment and remain flexible to perform other duties to support daily operations, when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years prior full time NC programming experience; primarily milling.
