The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of relevant experience and, preferably, be admitted to the New York State Bar.Duties:Conduct thorough legal research on real estate matters and provide well-founded advice to clients.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.Represent clients in real estate transactions, negotiations, and litigation when necessary.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless legal services.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate transactions.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar is preferred.Proven experience in real estate law with a major law firm.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar (preferred).Skills:In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.Exceptional legal research and writing skills.Negotiation and dispute resolution expertise.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Experience:4-7 years of experience in real estate law, preferably with major law firm experience.Location:New York City, NY With more than 3,200 lawyers, this is one of the biggest law practices in the world.
