Duties & Responsibilities: Patient teachings Medication administration Wound care / dressing changes / wound vacs Post-surgical care Skilled nursing care / direct patient care Patient follow-up OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admits & discharges Additional duties as assigned Required experience: We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing Excellent clinical nursing skills Experience with Home Health nursing and OASIS a plus, but not required As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations) Perks for full-time include: $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for full-time RN Case MGRs!
