Job Details Job Location : Temecula - Temecula, CA Salary Range : $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 Salary Description Position Summary The Business Analyst - Product will play a dual role of basic Project Management that includes planning, establishing, and managing small-midsized projects and will serve as a liaison between the Information Systems team and the Right Now Inventory (RNI) team as a traditional Business Analyst. Responsibilities of the Business Analyst Product will include understanding and documenting the current and future state of business operations, in addition, the Business Analyst Product will be responsible for requirements gathering and project reporting. The right candidate will have experience working within a healthcare organization and a background working with client/customer facing projects. Essential Functions and Duties Ability to work with cross-functional technical and business teams such as ERP, Engineering and Product teams and effectively communicate with all. Knowledge of BA Processes (both waterfall and agile), documentation, current/future state analysis and develop in depth expertise in product and business functions. Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements, conduct JAD sessions or similar by involving key parties to solidify overall requirements. Manage appropriate artifacts or backlogs for waterfall and/or Agile projects, respectively. Identify, plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure project deliverables are accomplished on or ahead of schedule. Consult with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and problems and provide appropriate recommendations for workable solutions. Work with the appropriate subject matter experts and other project team members in design, build, and validation sessions. Prepare and help prepare Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test cases based on Business and Technical Requirements. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of numerous factors. Coordinates with internal IT teams and external technology teams to ensure functional requirements are reflected in the final solution. Confer with project staff to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Develop and maintain relationships with project resources, IT leadership, and vendors. Interact with project sponsors, stakeholders, and various project members to ensure that specified business needs are met; assist in the post-implementation analysis to ensure that requirements are fulfilled . Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws. Display dedication to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives. Ensure conduct is consistent with all Compliance Program Policies and procedures when engaging in any activity on the company's behalf. Immediately report any concerns or violations. Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study; or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. Required Experience: Minimum four (4) years [nine (9) years for non-degreed candidates] leading IT projects with the responsibility for creating the plan, documenting business requirements, working within the budget, and verifying objectives are met. Must have experience with business analytics, business systems analytics and drafting user stories. Must have thorough understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Preferred Experience: Experience using Monday.com or other Project Management Information Systems. Required Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite Project, Excel, etc. Must have strong organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented and have the proven ability to prioritize work. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team. Must have sound decision-making abilities. Professional Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)/ Certified Product Owner (CPO) PreferredProject Management Professional (PMP) Preferred Physical requirements Vision, hearing, speech, and movements require the use of wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to view a computer screen for extended periods and sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts to 50 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working conditions include normal office and warehouse settings. After-hours support and weekend support as needed are requirements of the position. Mental Demands Learning, thinking, concentration, and the ability to work under pressure, particularly during busy times. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service. Must be able to interact effectively with co-workers and customers and exercise self-control and diplomacy in customer and employee relations situations. Must be able to exercise discretion and appropriate judgments when needed. Must be proactive in finding solutions.
