The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting litigation documents, possess excellent communication and project management skills, and be capable of handling a diverse range of legal responsibilities independently and collaboratively. Duties:Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.Work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.Utilize transferable skills and showcase a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.Exhibit strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.State and federal court experience is a plus. Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of experience in drafting litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.Specialization in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.Proven ability to work with state and federal court procedures.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Georgia. Skills:Strong legal research and writing skills.Proficient in project management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
