The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting a variety of legal documents, demonstrating strong communication and project management skills, and effectively collaborating with clients and legal professionals. The position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation, particularly in the specified practice areas. Job Details:Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.Work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.Possess transferable skills and a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.Utilize strong project management skills and attention to detail.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned. Experience:Minimum 6+ years of experience in drafting litigation documents.Experience in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.Proficient in motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools. Certifications:Active Bar membership in good standing. Skills:Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.Project management and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Efficient and responsive communication with clients and legal professionals.Proficiency in legal research and writing.
