OnSite Care (onsitecareclinics.com) is an innovative progressive healthcare company operating 13 Family Practice clinics along the Wasatch Front. We have a unique model that truly emphasizes quality patient care. We have an opportunity for a Medical Assistant at our clinic with Nucor Steel. The certified medical assistant performs a variety of patient care activities to assist our providers. Responsibilities include: Taking vitals, administering vaccines & other injections, EKG s, phlebotomy and various other procedures. Position profile: -Family Practice setting -Support only 1 Provider -Care for a closed population (employees and their family members of one of Utah s great companies). -Work with a state of the art EMR: eClinicalWorks -$14/hr. Clinic Hours: Monday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Wednesday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Thursday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Skills/Experience: -Front and Back Office experience a plus -Vitals -Phlebotomy -Vaccine administration -Experience in a Family Practice setting (preferred) -Excellent communication skills -Exceptional customer service skills -Ability to contribute to a healthy team environment -Medical Assistant Certification (preferred) This position requires the successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
