Someone who gets PAID to secretly evaluate retail locations and their customer service, then report on their findings. A mystery shopper is sort of a 007 in the retail world. Who can be a customer service evaluator / mystery shopper? ANYONE! Have some spare time? We would love to hear from you! Most mystery shops can be done after work or on the weekends. How do I become a customer service evaluator / mystery shopper? Email us and register. You do not have to pay anything to become a shopper. Registration is free. We have a current apartment shop available in Heber, UT that pays $50 ($20 + $30 BONUS) and needs to be completed ASAP.
