House cleaning service needed for vacation cabin in Murfreesboro, AR near Lake Greeson. General duties are similar to that in hotel room cleaning. Duties include floor sweeping and mopping as needed, cleaning bathroom and kitchen, laundering linens and putting back on beds or stored. Cabin is approximately 565 square feet with a loft. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the cabin. Items needed to clean not present in cabin are vacuum cleaner, laundry detergent and cleaners as well as necessary cloths for cleaning or dusting. Number of days to clean depends on occupancy so cleaning is done between guests and between the hours of 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Most cleanings will occur on weekdays but some weekends. Except for laundering linens each cleaning should not take more than 45 minutes to an hour. Laundering linens may increase that time. Per cleaning fee is negotiable.
