Looking for a capable and friendly person to manage my multi-unit home in Milton. The place includes 4 units that are continuously rented out to short term visitors. The best candidate will have handyman skills to meet tenants needs when maintenance is needed. THIS IS AN ON CALL JOB POSITION AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY CERTAIN HOURS. General maintenance of the house, minor errands for items tenants need, grass mowing, snow plowing, picking up mail, etc. Must be friendly and accommodating.
