This position involves providing crucial support to the firm's litigation efforts.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.Assist in case preparation and strategy development.Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff within the litigation practice group.Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.Manage and organize case files and relevant documents.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar.Previous experience in a litigation practice or related field.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent drafting and reviewing abilities for legal documents.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar.Skills:Solid legal research and analytical skills.Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
