Responsibilities Provide skilled professional nursing care and support to Hospice patient/family/caregivers To make night home visits to provide emotional support, symptom management, and pronounce death as needed Hours of work are 6:30 pm to 8:30 am Home Visits will require 1-2 hours with family Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Provide health care instructions to the patient as appropriate Record symptom management changes and outcomes Complete, maintain, and submit accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient's condition and care given Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure Flexible work day Qualifications California Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire 1 year' Professional nursing experience Preferred qualifications: 1year' Hospice Registered Nurse experience ABL Hospice, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify
