JOB DESCRIPTION Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.RESPONSIBILITIES * Under general supervision, performs Artificial Lift (AL) installations and pulls, routine checks, and troubleshooting. * Provides instruction and technical support to customer personnel in the proper handling and operating procedures of ALs. * Performs basic well production analysis and repair of AL equipment and tests, splices, and repairs cable. . * Complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. * Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. * Train and mentor lower-level technicians at the well site.QUALIFICATIONS * 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry * Basic knowledge of SCADA communication * Basic knowledge troubleshooting and repairing artificial lift equipment (Gas lift, ESP, Plunger) * Mechanically inclined and organized. * Good written and verbal communication * Understanding of well optimization techniques and theories * Ability to multitask.
