We provide all of our caregivers opportunity for caregiver advancement programs, assistance with NA1 recertification, continuing education, and mentor program. We have an immediate openings for caring, compassionate and reliable Companions, Personal Care Assistants, and Nurse Aides in the Franklinton/Youngsville/Wake Forest/Raleigh/Garner/Clayton area. We are looking for mature and caring individuals who can provide in home care for seniors who wish to maintain their lifestyle, experiences, and heritage by staying in the homes they cherish. Our caregivers provide care based on the plan that has been established for their clients, which includes instrumental activities of daily living (IADL's) and activities of daily living (ADL's) such as companion care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to errands/doctor appointments and personal care services. Most of our clients are isolated due to COVID-19 and their increased isolation means that they need in-home help now more than ever. We need caregivers that can go in to help the client feel that they are not alone while being a second set of eyes for their family. We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our caregivers and clients during the COVID-19 crisis. Nearly all of our training and new hire process is virtual, so you'll only have to have very limited physical contact with the office to get started. In addition, we are providing masks and gloves and asking for a temperature submission each morning that they are scheduled to work. Basic Requirements: Possesses a valid driver s license Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation Access to online system Must be able to pass a background check We look forward to having you a part of our growing team!
