Washington National Insurance's largest American marketing partner, PMAUSA, is looking for qualified Territory Accounts Managers who have the desire to earn a good living, work a flexible schedule and help hundreds of our employers and employees with payroll deduction benefits enrollments. This is an outside Business Development/Sales/Consultation position. You will be working in our currently contracted School District, Local Government, and Small Business accounts one on one with HR, Principals, Managers and CEO s setting up payroll deduction benefits enrollments in their worksites on a weekly basis, in the Cincinnati, OH area. You will also be involved in our process of expanding the current territory's contracted worksites resulting in a District Manager opportunity for a qualified current Accounts Manager. NO WEEKENDS: Mon-Fri STABILITY: In the Worksite Payroll Deduction Benefits Enrollment Business nationwide since 1999 WE WILL TRAIN YOU: 2 or more years of sales experience a plus $60,000 - $70,000+ 1st year potential Qualifications: *Must be able to pass background check - no felonies *Stable work history *District Management potential within 6-9 months *Leadership ability *Excellent interpersonal skills *Ability to train others *2+ years Insurance Industry/Financial Planning/Consulting experience a plus *2+ years Sales experience a plus *Professional demeanor *Willingness to learn *Strong work ethic - this is a full time position requiring 40+hrs a week; Mon.-Fri. *Self-motivated and responsible *Reliable transportation, valid driver s license I am currently setting up confidential, one-on-one, interviews for the open positions with our Manager in Cincinnati the week of October 15.
