Join the Global Pricing Operations team at NetApp!As a Senior Pricing Operations Program Manager, you will be the Business Desk and Sales advocate for corporate and other related initiatives, including product launches, new offerings, evolving pricing strategies, and corporate-wide and regional promotions. You will be providing advice and insight on how to best land offerings and initiatives in the field, as well as drive strategies and plans around implementation of pricing controls and process. Your role will require extensive partnership with Product teams, Finance, Business Desk, Sales and other stakeholders. Your responsibility is to ensure offerings, promotions, and similar initiatives have the necessary level of pricing governance, controls, and process, and that Business Desk and Finance partners are enabled as part of the plan. Key Responsibilities: Have good understanding of pricing strategies for different product offerings, as well as processes and controls used to enforce and monitor pricing performance. Plan and execute assigned initiatives - influence stakeholders, monitor the progress of initiatives, develop appropriate processes, support implementation of operational tools, track results, and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes. Identify patterns, trends, deviations, and areas of improvement through data analysis, and work on recommendations and action plans to address them. Foster strong working relationships with Product teams, Finance, Business Desk, Sales, and other key stakeholders to drive to successful outcomes. Job Requirements Collective 10+ years of related industry experience in Pricing, Pricing Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Data Analysis, and other related fields Possess a broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and a solid understanding of pricing processes, capabilities and enabling technologies. "Jack of all Trades" - ability to drive and manage all phases of a project or initiative, think strategically, influence decision makers and stakeholders, develop the appropriate plan and support tactical implementation. Proactive in nature and have the strong capacity to work independently. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on driving measurable results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present complex data effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in using Tableau, Power BI, data visualization software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results. Education Education and Citizenship Requirements: Business or quantitative degree required (master's degree preferred). Must be a US citizen. Why NetApp? USA and Canada Residents Only: The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is 158,310 - 222,530. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.
