The RECEPTIONIST position is the first impression customers see so being professional and welcoming is very important! Key Job Responsibilities include: Welcoming customers inside the dealership Answering phones in a courteous and professional manner Direct customer calls to the appropriate department Required Skills/Abilities:Demonstrated ability to work professionally and effectively with others Professional demeanor Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage time efficiently Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of the company, including assigned work, location of role, etc. Working knowledge of multi-line phone system Bi-lingual is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Shifts may include weekends, evenings and some holidays.
