About the Role Grower’s Secret is looking for an experienced bookkeeper with some operational experience to maintain our financial records, including backstopping our purchasing agent by reviewing purchase orders before issuance. Approving sales orders, to make certain they comply with price and terms. Responsibility for receiving inventory, making certain lot numbers on received products matches stated lot numbers in purchase orders. Maintaining inventory records, observing inventory changes, entering builds and unbuilds in Netsuite. Our ideal candidate must have a good working knowledge of ERP system Netsuite, its accounting and inventory modules. This full-time position requires individuals to be on-site in our Antioch offices 5 days a week from 8 am- 4 pm. Reports to CEO. What You Will Do: • Actively receive, review, and write check requests for CEO signature. • Work with purchasing manager to set annual performance objectives to meet inventory goals; maintain Netsuite vendor profiles to ensure all data is up to date. • Manage inventory lot numbers, builds, and unbuilds plus bi-annual inventory counts. • Back checks the Purchasing Manager’s projections for purchasing products. • Receives inventory into Netsuite. • Fulfills orders to be billed in Netsuite after shipping. • Works with the accounting team. • Performs other related duties as assigned by management. What You Will Bring • BA/BS Accounting preferred, or equivalent work experience desired. • Advanced skills & experience with Netsuite, and Excel. • Well practiced at self-review and attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and function under pressure • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work with people and obtain results with others. • Planning and time management: an ability to think ahead, set priorities, and organize workload. • Experience with Gmail, Drive & Wrike (appreciated but not required).
