We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager & Event Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. This is a hybrid role for a boutique, chef-driven bistro restaurant in DC. The role will require some FOH shifts as well as handling event/private dining sales through outreach/social media and networking Full benefits 45 hour week $65,000 - $75,000 base salary. This is a perfect opportunity for a restaurant Assistant Manager with some event sales experience. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all culinary activitiesPromote event and private dining bookingsOversee guest services and resolve issuesEnsure a high quality of ingredients and food preparationTrain and manage kitchen personnelCreate and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needsAdhere to all safety and sanitation regulationsQualifications: Previous experience in food service or other related fieldsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and communication skillsStrong attention to detailTo learn more about this role please send your resume to Presented by Tom Bull with Gecko Hospitality.
