Must have one year minimum experience in running a CNC or Manual gundrill machine Requirements and Qualifications: ?High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.?Ability to function with minimal direction. Escalates issues as appropriate with the required level of urgency.?Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.?Strong working knowledge with basic measurement tools.?High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail.?Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information.?Strong oral and written communication skills.?High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail.?Basic hand and power tool use.?Good organizational skills.?Must be able to manage time and work efficiently. Technical Knowledge: ?Communication?Develops knowledge of general industry practices and technology?Active Listening Demonstrates willingness to learn?Communication?Produces accurate and error-free communicationWorking ConditionsThis position routinely operates in a medium-noise, non-climate controlled facility with regular exposure to dust, residue and lots of cutting oil. Newer and old machinery is present. Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role requires the employee to occasionally stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products, supplies, and equipment up to 50 pounds.
