Sector 7 is looking to add a well-rounded outside sales professional to add to our sales team. The role of outside sales representative combines your technical knowledge with sales skills to provide potential customers with advice and support on the products and services we offer. Confidently have and control conversations with people you do not know regarding our brands, products, and services. This position is supported by an agressive performance/merit pay compensation plan.o This is a salary based position with commission/bonuses Qualities & Values o Employees = #1: Employees are our number 1 priorityo E=mc^2: What you do effects otherso Be efficient: Inefficiency bankrupts morale & momentumo Grow upwards; Not downwards: Let's develop into our higher selveso Up, Down, Up, Down, A,B,A,B: Unlock the matrix; advance and overcome Responsibilities o Confidently have and control conversations with people you do not know regarding our brands, products, and serviceso Maximize the use of your time to reach the largest breadth of qualified customers as quickly as possibleo Establish a healthy routineo Be able to have a little fun but be humble enough to laugh at yourselfo Management of your leads, acting as the primary contact for presales opportunitieso Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or serviceso Execute the overall sales strategy to maximize market penetrationo Make multiple quality sales calls to perspective customers and set up zoom meetings when neededo Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needso Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating projects with Sector 7 teamo Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience Physical Demands o Must be able to drive an automobileo Must be able to operate a phoneo Must be able to type on a keyboard and operate basic functions of a computer/laptop Experience & Preferences o Excellent positive written and verbal communication skillso A determined and resilient attitudeo The desire for an autonomous working environmento An engaging and persuasive personalityo Creative thinking, responding to customer needso Good time-management skills with the ability to be flexibleo A results-oriented mindseto Must have good oral and written communication skillso Be customer-service-oriented, and show professionalism at all timeso At least 1 year work experience as a sales representativeo Willingness to travelo Valid driver’s license with ability to drive o High School Diploma*Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus but not required
