Description:
A Shift Lead is responsible for managing one of the working shifts. Shift leads are responsible for completing the duties of a Baker as well as maintaining store operations, including task instructions, attendance, and store performance. Additionally, their duties revolve around direct reports to the Assistant Manager and Owner/Operator. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for excellence are necessary for success in this role. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
