Established in 1975 in San Antonio. Our commitment to education, advanced technology and revolutionary dental products take our full-service lab to new heights with our doctors always our number one priority. THE OPPORTUNITY We have an immediate opening for a Scheduler/Shipper on our administrative team. PAY RANGEStarting pay $15.00/hour, based on experience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Unpack dental cases. Schedule cases into our laboratory software system. Communicate effectively with doctors’ offices to clarify scheduling issues. Effectively manage cases that are placed on hold so that they are put into the system in a timely manner. Package cases to be shipped back to the doctor's office. Answer telephones and handle in a professional manner. Cross-train in billing department when necessary. Restock packaging supplies. Other duties as assigned.
