Full-time Dental Insurance Coordinator needed! Dr. Chris Hardin warmly welcomes you to apply to join our friendly dental practice. We are located just south of the heart of Indianapolis and offer a range of general and cosmetic dental services for the entire family. IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in dental field (or similar customer service role) Knowledge of PPO/FFS Dental insurance systems Excellent communication skills Organized, strict attention to detail HOURS: Monday 8:30 AM-6:00 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM-5:00PM Tuesday 8:30 AM-5:00PM Thursday 7:30 AM-4:00PM NO LATE NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS! DUTIES: Insurance Verification Insurance Filing and Entry Patient Education and Communication Scheduling Collections OSHA and HIPAA Compliance Data Entry within Eaglesoft software Competitive pay- Full benefit package for Full time qualifiers, including health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, life insurance and other electives. (We would consider a Part-time position for the right candidate as well)
