JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Auctus Agency is hiring Account Coordinator Interns who are motivated, detailed, and professional. The Account Coordinator Intern will gain agency experience and be expected to deliver high-quality results toward client projects. We are looking for proactive and professional candidates currently enrolled in college or recent graduates who want to contribute to the team.*** This is not a work-from-home/virtual position. You will be required to work from our Bloomington, Minnesota office.Projects include the following: Staffing and coordinating final event logistics before events. (50%) Assisting with research for materials and collecting information to be relayed to clients and/or field staff. (20%) Recruitment of field staff for remote areas across the U.S. and Canada using social media tools, e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, etc. (20%) Assisting with other special projects as needed: email marketing, operations, etc. (10%) Qualifications Highly motivated to pursue a career in a marketing/advertising agency and/or PR/event planning firm environment. Excellent written and verbal communication is a must. Intermediate computer knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office and Apple Mac. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary clients and field staffer information. Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Creative thinking and analytical skills. Seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related majors. Additional Information:If this describes you, we’d love to hear from you immediately! Our internship program runs year-round. We are specifically seeking available candidates to start in February of 2024 for 10-25 hours weekly, with the opportunity for 40 hours per week during the summer months.
