Sarasota Toyota is looking for motivated Automotive Sales Associates to join our winning team. Applicants must be high energy, personable individuals with a professional appearance. Excellent work ethic and strong customer relations skills are required. Sales experience is preferred, but not required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Associates meet and greet customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options Sales Associates test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills are a MUST.
