Tasks required in the Front of the House Perform basic math functions to accurately collect payments and make change Maintain accurate cash drawer Operate the Chick-fil-A Point of Sale system Memorize menu items Care for our guests by being a positive influence in their day Possess a high level of integrity Demonstrate a genuine willingness to help others Clean and Maintain the front counter and Dining Room area Willingness to learn and follow all food safety standards Restock front counter food and beverage items Ability to take direction from leaders and learn quickly Tasks required in the Back of House (Kitchen) Fresh produce preparation, line assembly Breading and cooking chicken (frying and grilling) Learn and follow all Food Safety standards Memorize menu items Care for our guests by being a positive influence in their day Possess a high level of integrity Demonstrate a genuine willingness to help others Cleaning and Maintaining all Kitchen work areas Washing dishes and food prep equipment Restocking inventory as required Ability to take direction from leaders and learn quickly No Experience Is Necessary … We seek hard working, friendly, enthusiastic people who CARE about serving our guests with team-oriented, and honest customer service skills everyday!
