JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist customers in all their automotive service needs including the following steps: Driving both customer and dealership vehicles around the lot to various departments Filling up vehicles with the proper gasoline Providing a warm greeting to customers, when present Inspecting vehicles to make sure they are presentable to the customer Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by operating washing equipment Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body, by hand Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior BENEFITS: Compensation - $11.00 - $13.00 (depending on brand and experience) + spiffs for performance Family-Friendly Schedule - Part-Time and Full-Time positions available. Closed Sundays Benefits Package Available - Medical, Dental, Disability, Paid Vacations, Vision & 401k (with 2.5% company match) available for full time employees. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver's license We maintain a drug-free workplace so all candidates must pass a drug test Ability to use a manual transmission Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills Teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure Prior car washing experience a plus This position will require working outdoors and in inclement weather at times Must be able to keep up with a fast paced environment Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time
