They are looking for a proactive and results-driven Director of Diplomatic Sales with a proven track record to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a pivotal member of their exceptional team Main Responsibilities: Play a key role in driving revenue and establishing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients Lead and oversee the Sales team to successfully meet and exceed revenue goals Stay up to date with industry trends and competition offerings Prepare and review contracts and proposals Use market research and data analysis to identify opportunities for growth to help stay ahead of competition and drive sales Present sales reports and make recommendations based on the findings Collaborate with hotel executives to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximise revenue potential Foster a positive and motivating work environment, ensuring team members are fully trained and supported in their jobs Represent the brand and culture in the best possible light within and outside of the organisation Qualifications:5+ years experience in Sales Management, preferably from a hotel background A natural, dynamic leader with superb presentation and negotiation skills Financially savvy Relevant degree is preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as required Results orientated with strong communication and decision-making skills Get in touch with Declan today for more information or send your CV to Declan@Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
