Duties:Focus on litigation and/or regulatory enforcement investigations involving privacy and data security matters.Engage directly with clients and lead significant projects in the cyber/data/privacy practice area.Defend data privacy and security class actions, including claims under the Stored Communications Act, wiretapping claims, claims involving allegedly unfair and deceptive trade practices, and data breach class actions.Provide legal counsel on consumer protection issues, working with State AG, FTC, and other regulatory agencies. Requirements:4-6 years of experience in regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues and data privacy and security class actions.High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.General tech fluency.Impeccable analytical and writing skills.Ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally recognized law school. Certifications:Relevant certifications in data privacy and cybersecurity (if applicable). Skills:Strong litigation and regulatory investigation skills.Experience in defending data privacy and security class actions.Ability to engage directly with clients and lead projects.General tech fluency.Impeccable analytical and writing skills.
