Duties:Focus on litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations related to privacy and data security matters.Engage directly with clients and take a leading role in significant projects.Defend against data privacy and security class actions, including claims under the Stored Communications Act, wiretapping claims, and those involving allegedly unfair and deceptive trade practices.Handle consumer protection issues involving State AG, FTC, and other regulatory agencies. Requirements:4-6 years of experience focusing on regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues and/or defending data privacy and security class actions.High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.General tech fluency.Impeccable analytical and writing skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally recognized law school. Certifications:Relevant certifications in data privacy and security (preferred). Skills:Strong litigation and regulatory investigation skills.Direct client engagement and project leadership abilities.General tech fluency.Impeccable analytical and writing skills.
