Job DescriptionWORK WHERE THE LONGHORNS PLAYThe University of Texas Club is looking for bartenders to work our Football Season for 2023. Position pays $18/hr and has the potential to earn tips.Job SummaryBartend in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting in setup and breakdown of the bar, assisting with inventory, processing Point Of Sale transactions (Oracle MICROS), and providing exceptional service to clients.About You * A high school diploma, or equivalent preferred. * You are comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments. * Ability to lift over 25 lbs and to be on your feet for extended periods of time. * Previous bartending and Food & Beverage experience is required. * Working knowledge of bar-related beverages, spirits, wine, and beer. * Working knowledge of the most common cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty drinks. * Alcohol and food safety awareness certificate. * Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
