Job summary: For Kimberly-Clark’s (KC’s) complex UK group of companies. manage and control all aspects of the UK tax affairs of the group, including US and UK GAAP tax reporting, and risk/exposure management and reporting; UK corporation tax compliance; annual Research and Development Expenditure Credit (RDEC) claims support in the preparation of annual transfer pricing (TP) documentation; lead relationship with HMRC (with support from EMEA Region Tax Centre of Excellence (COE)), including management of all HMRC audits and enquiries, and ensuring compliance with UK Statutory Accounting Officer (SAO) requirements; support the International Tax COE on tax planning and other initiatives that involve or impact the UK group. The incumbent will be required to work with multiple internal stakeholders, including various other teams within the Global Business Services (GBS) organisation, KC’s EMEA Region and Corporate Tax COE, Treasury Department, and Controller’s.
