Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and engaging storyteller to join the Communications team at Compass Group Canada. Working from our head office in Mississauga, this candidate will work with stakeholders across our various business lines to develop engaging content for our associates, current and prospective clients, and employment candidates. The content will speak to many different stakeholders, but you speak with the same voice - one that is fun, passionate about hospitality, and cares about making a positive impact on the world through our operations. How you will make an impact: Day to day management of our digital channels including social media, Nudge (internal social network), Share Point, and corporate website. Developing content to support various initiatives across our business, including but not limited to business operations, marketing, corporate social responsibility, associate recognition, diversity and inclusion, and innovation at Compass Group. Collaborate with delegates from our various brands to source and develop content that drives awareness of our activities across our various sectors. Community management of our social media channels and Nudge Leverage analytics tools to gain actionable insights into content performance on all platforms Support the communications team on various projects, including but not limited to: internal.
