Ensure client satisfaction through maintenance, service, and repairs. Champion the installation of new equipment to meet our exacting standards. Provide insights on system improvements or fault diagnoses. Play a pivotal role in expanding our business in the Midlands and South West region. 💼Field Service Engineer Core Responsibilities 💼On-site or workshop servicing, commissioning, and repairs. Ensure spares are on hand for efficient first-fix solutions. Exceed customer expectations. Identify sales opportunities. Provide support in our 24-hour call-out scheme. Manage time effectively. 🛠️ Field Service Engineer Skills & Knowledge 🛠️ Electro/mechanical apprenticeship. HNC in mechanical engineering preferred. PLC awareness/functional understanding. Familiarity with rotating equipment maintenance preferred.
