Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/Spanish) We are a fast-growing company in a nice work environment looking for an individual that is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and looking to join our team. Please read the job qualifications carefully: - At least 6 months - 1 year of customer service experience. - Must grasp the English and Spanish languages fluently. - Have strong communication skills both written and verbal in both English and Spanish. - Feel comfortable speaking over the phone and in person to various personalities and remain professional and friendly. - Actively listen and provide the best solution for the customer while ensuring realistic expectations. - Troubleshoot any potential issue by guiding, providing instruction, and helping with any questions the customer may have. - Ability to think on their feet, while maintaining the expectations set forth by the supervising team. - Coordinate refund status with selling channels. - Other tasks as detailed by supervisor. - Detail-oriented. - Punctual and organized. - Be willing to learn. - Explore areas of opportunity, and bring ideas and solutions to the table. - This is a position within a warehouse office, business casual attire is expected. - Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM. - Starting wage: $15/hr - Please submit Cover Letter and Resume.
