The role From our Falmouth Hub, we design, build, and operate bespoke over water drilling equipment and you will have opportunities to gain experience both in the workshop and field to see our equipment in action hand to fully understand its purpose and enhance your knowledge and experience. As a Yard and Paint Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring workshop operations and movements are completed in safe and timely fashion by working closely with the Yard Supervisor and the paint department, actively contributing to health and safety on site and promoting a positive culture. The duties of the role include Loading and Unloading Lorries, slinging loads, banking cranes, operating plant and ensuring equipment is loaded/moved into designated storage areas.
