This Firm has grown substantially over the last five years, they are a modern, forward thinking firm who keep their employees best interests and mental wellbeing at the forefront of daily practice. As the successful Private Client Solicitor you will be client facing and will be responsible for managing a busy caseload based in their High Wycombe office on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will ideally be 2-5 years PQE to enable them to hit the ground running in this busy department and have the ability to handle a caseload with limited supervision depending upon PQE level across Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
