With a significant drilling program in place to support both domestic and export projects. Reporting to the Senior Well Engineer, you will be responsible for well construction programmes, on-site supervision and provision of specialist technical advice across drilling operations. This will include equipment specification, development of concept drill-in phase and selections of pilot, development and production gas wells. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to: Prepare well plans, including refining of preliminary well designs Provide technical support to contractors Ensure efficient key relationship with drillers, engineers and contractors Maximise drilling, production and completions longevity Provide technical and supervisory guidance for surface-to-inseam SIS well planning Introduce and update drilling optimisation technology Plan and implement new drilling technology To be successful in the role, you will be tertiary qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Drilling or Petroleum) and have a proven work history in drilling to identify the effectiveness of designs in BHA, torque and drag modelling. This background together with your exceptional relationship building skills will see you succeed!
