A new requirement for a welding supervisor has become available. The right candidate will have supervisory experience and be accountable for delivering results on the company’s day shift operation. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Oversee the production of high-quality work, ensuring strict adherence to quality procedures and work instructions. Discipline and Effective Teamwork: Maintain discipline by promoting effective collaboration among colleagues and addressing any issues. Shop Floor Responsibilities: Perform various tasks related to shop floor quality and health & safety.
