Warehouse Operator Location: Milton Keynes Pay rate: Starting at A GBP 11.00 per hour, increasing to A GBP 11.50 after 12 weeks Working hours: Mon: Thurs 07:30:16:15, Fri 07:30 : 12:00 Warehouse Operator required to join an international engineering brand in Milton Keynes on a temporary basis, paying in the region of A GBP 11 per hour working a Day Shift Monday to Friday. A global leader of motion and control technology are looking to increase their Warehousing Team. Manufacturing highly engineered components and systems for a wide variety of global markets, you will find their parts and components on and around anything that moves. As a Warehouse Operative at our Milton Keynes production facility, you will play a crucial role in supporting various warehouse processes, including picking, goods in, and dispatch. Your responsibilities will contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse operations. Additionally, you will actively participate in process improvement activities to elevate our warehouse operation to the highest standards of excellence. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operator: A Accurately and efficiently perform picking operations based on picking lists and instructions. A Ensure that the correct quantities and items are picked for each order. A Picking items ready for despatch A Pack products safely and accurately A Assist in the booking: in process of incoming parts and materials. A Verify the received items against purchase orders and report any discrepancies. A Prepare completed items for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labelling. A Organize the dispatch area to streamline the shipping process. A Collaborate with high: performing teams to identify areas for improvement within the warehouse. A Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing operational efficiency and reducing errors. A Adhere to all health, safety, and security guidelines in the warehouse.
