Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide Purpose of the Job You are in charge of executing physical flows of the goods (purchased and manufactured items): reception, putaway, storage, picking and line feeding, packing, shipping, inventory, materials handling. In charge of physical material flow (goods reception, warehousing, line replenishment, packaging, shipping). Key Responsibilities Apply rules in order to operate in an environment that complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies: Know and follow all safety, environmental and emergency procedures. Respect the safety conditions to handle goods, trolleys etc. Actively participate in all aspects of safety including reporting of near misses and meetings. Notify Warehouse Mgmt. of all safety, site keeping or maintenance issues that are found during inspection that require assistance. Apply Alstom processes & best practices in Reception, Stores, Operation line replenishment, Inventory counting, Packaging & shipment, IT tools for Warehouses. Apply the appropriate methodologies in order to improve the performance of the Warehouses & Operation delivery (APSYS). Develop and provide appropriate training for team members to enable them to improve and achieve their objectives whilst effectively contributing to business performance. Execute Information system update & ERP ( E nterprise R esource P lanning) transaction before each physical movement by using IT tools (mobile device) in place in your site to manage correctly.
