The Role: Vice president of Software Engineering leads an agile software development organization, reporting to the CEO. This role provides operational and technical leadership for the software engineering team. This critical role requires strong technical, leadership, and communication skills, with key focus areas being mentorship and motivating a management team and individual contributors. What you will do: Strategic Executive Leadership: Provide strategic, executive direction and technical leadership. Identify emerging technologies and trends in software engineering, cloud computing, and cybersecurity to maintain our competitive edge in our industry. Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of software engineers, architects, and Dev Ops engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities across the engineering leadership team and associated team members, enabling them to reach their full potential.
