As the Visual Content & Partnership Coordinator, you will be responsible for crafting original compelling visual content and serving as the central point of coordination for our onsite SAIT team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong skill set in graphic design, analytics, and communication. As the Visual Content & Partnership Coordinator, you will contribute to diverse marketing initiatives targeting both external and internal audiences within the Hotel Arts Group Brands. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Job Duties – Hotel Arts Group Create and implement visual content that entices the curiosity of our audience and creates buzz around Hotel Arts Group (restaurants, hotels, catering services). Create compelling copy for newsletters, blogs, etc. Attend and photograph events as assigned. Analyze metrics and trends for various platforms for ongoing monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics. Assist in preparing written and visual communications (physical/digital posters) for internal and external customers. Assist in the coordination of influencer partnerships. Manage swag inventory and order fulfilment. Other duties as assigned in the context of the Marketing Team. Job Duties – Curated Catering & Begin Dining Tower (SAIT) Collaborate with the Marketing & Brand Manager to develop a strategic marketing plan for both Curated Catering & Begin Dining Tower partnerships. Coordinate marketing initiatives for both Curated Catering & Begin Dining Tower partnerships. Plan, coordinate, and execute visually appealing content for both Curated Catering & Begin Dining Tower partnerships. Including infographics, landing pages, email campaigns, and more. Plan, coordinate, and execute high-level brand awareness campaigns for both Curated Catering & Begin Dining Tower partnerships. Collaborate on the execution of a Begin Dining Tower social media.
