VP of HR/ Head of HRBaltimore, MD200,000 - 220,000 + Benefits Our client is a well established and rapidly expanding restaurant group with over 20 concepts across the US and they’re not slowing down They are seeking a VP of HR to join their team and own the entire HR department, build a solid team and help strategize with the CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing restaurant group dedicated to excellence This group plans on opening several more locations in 2024 and 2025 and needs a strong head of HR to run the HR department and drive operational success Key Responsibilities: Responsible for most HR functions including benefits, onboarding, worker’s comp, documentation and HRIS audits Play a major role in recruiting and onboarding including orientation for new hires across the USWork alongside CEO to support and provide reports for compliance Represent the brand and culture in the best possible light within and outside of the organisation Maintain current knowledge of the US and federal legislation and regulations to monitor and ensure compliance Oversee all disciplinary issues Key Requirements: HR experience ideally within the medical field, experience with both hourly and salaried employees a must Strong in all HR procedures including; compliance, recruitment, training and development etc Experience with local NJ, PA and MD labour laws SHRM certification a huge pluinteractionperience within a union environment Excellent leadership skills Advanced on Microsoft Office Interested If you’re ready for this challenge and please send your resume to sharlene@About COREcruitment COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
