Dear Applicant! We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our client's team - an education industry start-up based in the UK. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the overall success of our client's organization. Key job characteristics: ASAP Freelance Duration: 1-3 months (possibly longer) Remote Europe-based Responsibilities: Conduct user research to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points. Create user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts. Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, interaction design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a UX Designer (minimum 3 years) with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma. Other tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Marvel, Invision, Balsamiq etc - desired Knowledge of user research techniques and usability testing. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
