Job Title: Underground Facilities Analyst - Senior Level Location: Reston, VA Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access with ability to obtain a CI- PolyAbout Celestar Corporation: Celestar Corporation, a Veteran Owned Company, is committed to offering competitive salaries and benefitsWe prioritize our employees' well-being by providing comprehensive company-paid benefits, including Employee and Family Dental Insurance, Employee Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Disability InsuranceAdditionally, we offer a 401K retirement company match, paid holidays, and personal time offResponsibilities: -Conduct underground facility analytical research, foundational database production, written and finished intelligence (FINTEL) production, target development support, and collection requirement input/evaluation. -Perform regular maintenance of military intelligence databases, research, and author analytic products for intelligence customers. -Support reverse engineering efforts and characterization assessments while maintaining currency in assigned Underground Facilities (UGF)-specific subject areas and general knowledge of assigned target country. -Produce or enable the production of finished all-source analytical and foundational intelligence (MIDB) and Facility Characterizations in accordance with DNI Analytical Standards and established UFAC standard operating proceduresRequirements: -Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines and procedures. -Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. -Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret analysis and defend analytic judgments with sound, logical conclusions. -Proficiency in producing timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, and briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely. -Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and conducting structured research within security and data protocols. -Familiarity with intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, as well as experience in evaluating collected intelligence reporting and developing collection requirements. -Experience using complex analytic methodologies, such as Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil's Advocacy, Red Team Analysis, etc. -Familiarity with intelligence analysis tools such as Record Message Traffic (RMT), Think Analyze Connect (TAC), Palantir, MIDB, Google Earth, etc. -Education: Master's Degree and twelve (12) years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and an additional five (5) years of related experience for a total of seventeen (17) yearsAt least a portion of the experience must be within the last 2 yearsJoin Celestar, a company that truly cares about its employees!
