The ideal candidate should be barred in PA and/or NJ, and possessing an LLM in Taxation is considered a plus.Job Details:Duties:Conducting thorough analysis and providing legal counsel on complex trust and estate planning matters.Managing the administration of estates, including probate proceedings and trust administration.Collaborating with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to their individual needs and goals.Staying current on relevant laws and regulations affecting trusts, estates, and taxation.Requirements:Barred in PA and/or NJ.Previous experience in sophisticated trust and estate planning.Strong background in estate administration.Familiarity with tax laws and regulations.Knowledge of elder law is a plus.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.LLM in Taxation (preferred).Certifications:Active Bar membership in PA and/or NJ.Skills:Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficient in legal software and technology.Job Location:Location: Philadelphia, PABenefits:The firm offers a competitive benefits package, including an objective formula-based compensation structure, to attract and retain top-tier legal talent.
